  1. Iโ€™m investing well over $100 a month at 15 years old. Youโ€™ve really inspired me to get started. Your video about turning $500 into $500,000 really inspired me!

  2. Awesome. Thanks Jeff! I'm 17 and due to legal reasons I have to finish school and graduate the upcoming 2019 school year. I'm told I have to do this to get a High School Diploma to get any job at all.

(They want me to, while doing school, get a college education. They don't think that me actually offering an internship to a company would land me a job. They think I need a degree, which I call a piece of paper, just to do what I want: work on computer programming.)

Point is that I can't drop out and I feel like so much time is being wasted on the pointless things of school. (Besides, they don't teach you the fundementals of money, taxes, and the whole 9 yards.)

But even so, I read up and watch the latest content to stay updated to make good choices down the road.

    Thank you Jeff!

Also – I do not agree with "just do it". Without any planning 17 years old rookie's money will just go to the pockets of a bigger players and might not give any useful experience for him at all. It will be no difference with gambling. So how to avoid it?

  19. I'm 17 (18 in a month) and I'm thinking about stocks, bonds, and real estate. Do you think a portfolio comprised of 80% stocks, of that 75% ETFs (VTI, SPX, QQQ), and 25% riskier individual stocks (MSFT, AAPL, DPZ, REITs like O, WELL), 5% bonds, and 15% savings for a business and real estate would be a good idea for someone young like me?
